Wise Transfer Pending for Days Without Explanation
On May 24, 2026, I sent approximately $644 through Wise to my own overseas bank account. I have been using Wise regularly for about two years, and my transfers have normally arrived within an hour. However, this transfer has remained stuck for three days, with the app showing only "Your money is pending," and the transaction has not been completed.
I contacted Wise support by email and through several other support channels three or four times. Each time, I was simply told to wait because the transfer was supposedly still going through the standard processing procedure. However, after contacting my bank, I was informed that the funds had already been sent to Wise successfully and that there were no issues on the bank's side. According to my bank, the funds are waiting with Wise. I also paid approximately $8 in transfer fees for this transaction.
My Wise membership number is P25550253. The lack of any clear information about the status of both my transfer and the fee I paid, combined with the delay far beyond the normal processing time, has caused significant inconvenience. I request that Wise complete the transfer to my overseas bank account as soon as possible and provide a clear explanation for the reason behind this unexpected delay.
