If Viomi service says you're to blame for a problem, ask for a written report that explains why they think it was your fault.
Check their answer against the terms of your warranty. If the problem is caused by normal use, the guarantee should cover it.
Show that you followed the vacuum's directions by writing down how you used it and including photos or videos of the problem.
If the service center doesn't agree, contact Viomi/Xiaomi's official customer help through Mi Home, their website, or email. Write down everything you say so you have a record if you need to take your case further.
If you bought it from a store, you should also call that store because in many places, the seller, not just the service, is responsible for handling warranty claims.
If none of the above solutions work, file your complaint on Xolvie to bring attention to the issue.
