My Viomi A11 Vacuum Still Has Brush Issue After Fake “Replacement” from Service

I purchased a Viomi A11 upright vacuum cleaner from the Xiaomi store at Nata Vega AVM. From the start, there was a clear issue: when the long extension pipe is attached, the brush at the end does not rotate at all.
I sent the device to the authorized service center, where it stayed for over a month. Eventually, I was informed that a replacement had been issued. However, when the vacuum was returned, it was the exact same device with the exact same problem. No part was replaced, no fix was done, and the issue continues just as before.
The store and the brand seem to care only until the moment they swipe your card. After that, they offer no real customer support. Despite multiple complaints, neither the service team nor the store made any genuine effort to solve the problem.
I’m demanding a real replacement or a full repair of this defective unit. Selling a broken product and pretending it has been “replaced” is deceptive and unacceptable. Viomi and Xiaomi must take accountability and deliver proper after-sales support.
