I own a Viomi A9 cordless vacuum cleaner, and its motor jammed about two months ago. I first sent it to Evofone Antalya, where it was repaired in about three weeks. Unfortunately, just recently, the same motor problem occurred again, and this time I sent the unit to the Viomi service center in Izmir.
When the vacuum was delivered back to me this morning, I was shocked to see that the box had never even been opened. I had carefully wrapped the device in a towel before sending it, and it was returned in the exact same condition, still wrapped and untouched. On top of that, when I opened the box myself, there was liquid inside the package, and the service had simply left a note saying “not repaired.”
This is absolutely unacceptable. A product under service should at least be inspected, and customers should not be treated with such negligence. I demand that Viomi immediately takes responsibility, properly repairs or replaces my vacuum, and ensures that this issue does not repeat itself. Customers deserve reliable service, not disregard and poor handling.
