Viomi Device Keeps Asking for Charging and Starts Running on Its Own

I am facing serious issues with my Viomi product. Even when the device is fully charged, it keeps displaying the warning message that the battery is empty and insists on returning to the charging dock. This process repeats itself continuously, creating an endless cycle of charging attempts. Because of this, we are forced to unplug the device to stop the loop.
Another frustrating problem is that the device often turns on and starts working by itself without any command, which is both inconvenient and disruptive. A household appliance should not behave unpredictably like this, especially after being advertised as smart and reliable.
To make matters worse, the company has refused to provide the invoice, despite repeated requests. Instead of offering proper support, they clearly stated that they would not bother dealing with the issue, which shows a complete lack of professionalism and customer care.
I demand that Viomi provide immediate technical support to fix these malfunctions and either repair or replace the faulty product. I also expect them to send me the official invoice without further excuses. Customers should not be left with a defective product and no documentation. Viomi must take responsibility and resolve this issue quickly.
