I Face Threats and Abuse From Viomi V3 Robot Vacuum Authorized Service
I recently took my Viomi V3 robot vacuum cleaner to the Güven Robot Süpürge Authorized Service in Kayseri for repair. Since we could not agree on the repair cost, I decided to take my device back without having it serviced. However, when I got my vacuum back, I immediately noticed that the sound of the device had changed, leading me to suspect that some parts may have been altered without my consent.
When I returned to the service center to raise this concern, the staff reacted aggressively. Instead of addressing my complaint, they accused me of trying to get free repairs, which is a false and insulting claim. The situation escalated to the point where one of the employees even physically confronted me, and it was only after nearby shopkeepers intervened that the tension was de-escalated.
I took my product and left, not wanting the situation to escalate further. Later, I shared my experience as a review on Google to warn other customers. Shortly after, I received a threatening phone call from +90 555 5…996, demanding that I delete my review. The caller threatened that security camera footage would be posted on Instagram if I refused.
This is not only unethical but also a clear act of threat and intimidation. I am requesting that the necessary legal and regulatory actions be taken against this company to protect consumer rights and ensure that no other customer faces such treatment.
