Sunny Viomi V5 Robot Vacuum Fan Error Complaint

I own a Sunny Viomi V5 robot vacuum, and recently I experienced a recurring “fan error” that caused the device to make constant loud noises. Because of this, I delivered the product to the Izmir Üniver Yeşilyurt authorized service center on July 10.

After examining the device, the service center claimed that the problem was a broken wheel and insisted that this was not covered under warranty. I was told to pay ₺1,185 for the repair, which I did. About one month later, I finally received the device back.

To my frustration, when I tested it, the original fan error and constant noise issue were still present—the exact same problem that caused me to send it in the first place. Instead of fixing the fan error, the service center only replaced the wheel. This means the main issue was never addressed, and the device was returned to me still defective.

This is highly disappointing. I had never experienced such negligence before, and it makes no sense that the service focused only on the wheel while ignoring the reported fan issue.

I demand a full refund of the ₺1,185 I paid and expect the fan error to be repaired free of charge under warranty. Customers should not be forced to pay for irrelevant repairs when their original complaint is left unresolved. I request a prompt and professional resolution to this matter.
