I own a Viomi V5 Pro robot vacuum, and on July 27, 2025, I delivered it to the authorized service center in Midyat, Mardin because the device displayed the error “main wheel malfunction” and stopped performing its cleaning function.
Now, more than 30 days have passed, and my vacuum is still not repaired. The only explanation I keep receiving is that they are “waiting for the part.” No timeline has been provided for when the part will arrive, nor have I been given any updates about the repair progress.
My product is still under warranty, and throughout this process, I have not been asked for any additional fees or documents. However, being left without a working device for over a month is completely unacceptable—especially since this is a daily-use household product.
I demand that Viomi either complete the repair immediately by supplying the required part without further delay, or replace my defective unit with a new one under warranty. Customers should not have to endure indefinite waiting periods without clear communication. I expect my issue to be resolved quickly and my rights as a consumer to be respected.
