My Viomi S9 Robot Vacuum Makes Loud Noises and Loses Power While Cleaning

I purchased a Viomi S9 robot vacuum cleaner, and it has already started malfunctioning. While operating, it makes a constant and loud "popping" sound, as if something inside is snapping or hitting. The motor randomly loses power, causing the vacuum to slow down and clean ineffectively. It no longer delivers the performance I paid for.
I tried contacting the seller, but they refuse to answer my calls. I’ve reached out to ten different authorized service centers, and every single one said they don’t provide service for this model. I’m now stuck with a faulty device and no one willing to take responsibility.
This is completely unacceptable for a product in this price range. A high-tech cleaning device like the Viomi S9 should not start failing so soon, and customers should not be abandoned without support.
I demand an immediate resolution: either a repair, a replacement, or a full refund. Viomi or the seller must take ownership of this issue and offer proper service. Otherwise, this brand loses all credibility.
