Viomi V5 Pro Robot Vacuum Serious Malfunction and Service Failure

I purchased a Viomi V5 Pro robot vacuum from Vatan Bilgisayar in 2023, and since the day I bought it, I have not been able to use it properly. The device constantly throws radar errors, mop errors, and water tank malfunctions. Over the past two years, I have had to send it to service five different times—once for a radar error and four times for water tank failures.

Each time, the service center sent the vacuum back to me claiming it was “fixed,” but the issues were never resolved. In some cases, the device even came back in worse condition than before. Despite trying all troubleshooting steps on my own—such as using different outlets and performing resets—and even sending videos of the errors to Viomi customer service, no permanent solution was provided.

I repeatedly requested a product exchange or refund, but my requests were denied. Today, I had to send the device back to service again. Even when I tested it at the store before returning, the mop still did not work. Because of this, I refused to take it home and left it with service once more.

The product is still under warranty, and while I have not had issues with warranty coverage or extra fees, the repeated malfunctions and lack of resolution have left me extremely frustrated.

I now demand that Viomi and Vatan Bilgisayar either issue a full refund or replace my defective Viomi V5 Pro with a new, functional unit. Customers should not be forced to waste two years dealing with endless repairs for a product that never worked properly. It is time for the company to take responsibility and provide a permanent solution.
