After just 2 years of use, my Viomi V5 Pro robot vacuum started giving a radar error and stopped functioning properly. I took it to the Sunny authorized service in Karşıyaka, and they told me that a simple cleaning would resolve the issue.
The vacuum stayed at the service center for 20 days, and I was charged ₺2000. When I finally brought it home and ran it, the same radar error popped up again shortly after use. Clearly, the issue was never properly fixed.
The service experience was also terrible—unresponsive and uninterested. I feel like my money was completely wasted, and I’m left with a vacuum that still doesn’t work.
This kind of neglect and lack of accountability is unacceptable from both Viomi and their authorized service centers. If a product fails after only 2 years, and the repair doesn’t even fix the core issue, then what exactly am I paying for?
I demand a full repair under warranty, a refund of the service fee, or a replacement unit. Viomi must take responsibility and deliver proper after-sales support—this is not how customers should be treated. Fix this now.
