Viomi V3 Robot Battery Died and I Can’t Get It Repaired or Replaced by Service

Given their bad customer service, I strongly advise against buying Viomi items. Most likely from a dead battery, my Viomi V3 robot vacuum stopped operating. I have had no luck getting it fixed or even purchasing a replacement battery to fix it personally. The technical service has been nonresponsive even though I offered to pay for the repair. The procedure has been aggravating since they offer no answers. In addition, the gadget has experienced continuous software problems that I have lately learned to cope with. Viomi's lack of help is quite disheartening; I have a non-functional product and no idea how to make it right. From the brand, I expected lot better.
