Given their bad customer service, I strongly advise against buying Viomi items. Most likely from a dead battery, my Viom...i V3 robot vacuum stopped operating. I have had no luck getting it fixed or even purchasing a replacement battery to fix it personally. The technical service has been nonresponsive
