uMobix charged me without consent — how can I get a refund?

Start by contacting uMobix support right away through live chat or email ([email protected]).

Tell them to cancel the subscription, delete the data that was saved, and refund the charge that wasn't allowed. Save copies of the charge and your messages.

uMobix says you have 14 days to get your money back, but it’s quite restrictive, so make it clear that the payment was fraudulent and not just a "change of mind." If you want a full refund, you should point out their stance.

If they refuse or don't react quickly, you can file a chargeback with your card company. Visa usually lets you do this up to 120 days after the purchase, and MasterCard gives you the same amount of time.

Ask your bank to stop paying you in the future or to give you a new card.
