I just discovered that Umobix withdrew two separate amounts—₺598 and ₺382—from my credit card without my knowledge or approval. I never purchased anything from them, never subscribed to any service, and had no idea these charges had even occurred until now.
I’m a student, and every lira matters to me. I don’t understand how money can be taken from someone’s account without any confirmation or consent. I didn’t receive any notification, invoice, or email about a transaction. This is extremely upsetting and completely unacceptable.
I’m urgently asking Umobix to refund both amounts immediately. Please don’t ignore this—what you’ve done is taking away money I depend on. You are violating my rights, and if this is not resolved quickly, I will be forced to take legal steps. Return my money—I genuinely need it.
