On September 16, 2025, at 8:30 p.m., a charge of ₺2,121.48 was withdrawn from my card by Umobix, even though I have no membership or subscription with them. The last four digits of my card are 3501. This transaction took place completely without my knowledge, and I have never opened any account or application related to Umobix.
As soon as I noticed the charge, I contacted Umobix customer service by email, but I never received a response. I don’t recall using my card information on any other platform connected to Umobix either.
I request that any account or subscription created in my name be canceled immediately and that the withdrawn amount be refunded to me. I also ask that my complaint be forwarded both to your representative office in Turkey and to your main headquarters.
