Umobix Charged 1,983₺ After I Canceled My Subscription

Even though I had already canceled my Umobix account, the company still withdrew 1,983₺ from my bank account without my knowledge or consent. This unauthorized charge happened unexpectedly and is completely unacceptable.

I should not have to deal with hidden withdrawals after canceling a service. This situation has caused me serious frustration and feels like a deliberate attempt to take money from customers without approval. I intend to report this issue to the relevant authorities so that stronger action is taken against these practices.

I demand that the 1,983₺ be refunded to me immediately and that Umobix stop making unauthorized charges. Customers deserve transparency, fairness, and respect—not surprise deductions after cancellation.
