Umobix Blocked ₺1,898 on My Account Without Consent and Tried to Withdraw Funds

I want to file a formal complaint against Umobix. Without any warning or authorization, they placed a hold on my bank account and attempted to withdraw a total of ₺1,898. At first, they took ₺38, and shortly after, I noticed a ₺1,898 block placed on my account without my consent.

I never approved these charges, never subscribed to any ongoing service, and certainly didn’t receive any notice or communication about such a large withdrawal. It is completely unacceptable for a company to access someone’s bank account like this without proper authorization.

I demand that this ₺1,898 block be lifted immediately and that no money be withdrawn. If the amount is charged, I will pursue legal action and file complaints through the appropriate authorities. This is outrageous, unethical, and financially damaging. Umobix must stop unauthorized actions against users and refund or release the held amount right away.
