I just found out that Umobix has withdrawn nearly ₺1,900 from my account without my knowledge or approval. First, they took ₺40, and shortly after, they pulled out a much larger amount—₺1,900—completely without my consent. I never signed up for any subscription, never authorized these payments, and was not informed in any way that these charges would occur.
This is unacceptable. Taking money from someone’s account without clear permission is not only unethical—it’s a violation of consumer rights. I am requesting an immediate and full refund of the ₺1,900 that was wrongfully taken from me.
