Umobix Charged Me Without Consent and Won’t Let Me Cancel My Subscription
Umobix withdrew money from my account without my knowledge or approval. I never agreed to any ongoing subscription, and I certainly didn’t authorize these charges. I don’t want to use this service, and I’m absolutely not satisfied with it. I’ve been trying to cancel my membership, but there’s no clear option, and I haven’t received any assistance.
This unauthorized withdrawal has put me in a very difficult financial situation. I’m waiting to hear back from Umobix, but no one has responded yet. I’m requesting immediate cancellation of my subscription and a full refund of the amount that was wrongfully charged.
Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. I expect a prompt reply and action. Thank you.
