Umobix Charged My Card Twice Without Permission
My card has been charged twice through the Umobix platform without my knowledge or consent. This app poses a serious security risk and must be shut down immediately. I consider this message an official warning—this issue needs to be investigated by law enforcement.
The most recent unauthorized transaction was ₺1,800, withdrawn just two days before the holiday. I did not make this payment or approve any kind of subscription. It’s deeply concerning that an app claiming to offer security and monitoring services is being used in this way—violating user trust and accessing financial data without permission.
I demand a full refund and urge authorities to examine Umobix for fraudulent activity. These kinds of apps should not be allowed to operate unchecked. Return my money and stop this exploitation immediately.
