I Want a Refund for Unauthorized uMobix Charges

I have an Apple device and have recently noticed unauthorized money deductions related to uMobix. The first deduction started in May 2025, and since then amounts of around 18 dinars and 9 dinars have been taken from my account without my clear consent. In my bank information, I can see these transactions, and one of them shows a transaction amount of about 18.890 KWD on 01/09/2026 with a reference number in the details. I want all current and future subscription fees and charges from uMobix to be stopped immediately. I also request a full refund of all amounts deducted from my account since May 2025 that are connected to uMobix or its services. I ask you to review my account and payment history, cancel any active subscription or automatic renewal, and return the money that was taken, as I did not approve these continuous deductions in a clear and informed way.
