Unauthorized uMobix Subscription Charge on Kaspi Card — Requesting Full Refund

On 09.12.2025 at about 15:15, money was withdrawn from my Kaspi card for a subscription to uMobix services (photo, music, video, and games) without my clear consent and without my intention to use this subscription. I did not intend to subscribe to these paid services.
When I contacted support, I received a standard reply stating that for a faster refund, I should contact the service provider directly through the link and request a refund. This does not solve my problem, because the money has already been taken from my Kaspi card, and I do not want any further withdrawals.
I request that this uMobix subscription be completely cancelled and that the amount debited today be fully refunded to my Kaspi card. I also ask that such charges from Umbix not be made from my card in the future.
