Umobix Charged Me Without Consent and Won’t Let Me Cancel My Subscription
I signed up for a trial membership on Umobix, expecting to evaluate the service before making any further commitment. However, when I decided to cancel, I couldn’t find any option on their system to end the subscription. There was no cancellation button, no settings menu—nothing that allowed me to stop the membership.
To make matters worse, Umobix went on to charge my card ₺6,100 without my permission. I never authorized this payment, and the lack of transparency is deeply concerning. I immediately contacted customer support via email, but I’ve received no response at all.
I demand that my account be completely deleted and the full amount of ₺6,100 refunded to me immediately. If this issue is not resolved, I will escalate my complaint to the Consumer Arbitration Committee and take legal action if necessary. Umobix must stop unauthorized billing and provide users with a clear and accessible way to cancel their subscriptions.
