I Want a Full Refund for My Accidental Umobix Purchase

On 26 May 2026, I mistakenly paid 11,816 yen via the umobix website for a service that allows viewing private Instagram accounts. I realized right after the purchase that this is not a service I want to use, and I do not wish to benefit from it in any way. The payment has an order/transaction reference number visible in my records, and I contacted the service’s support about this transaction. They replied, but their response was unclear, and I could not understand what they meant regarding cancellation or refund conditions, so my issue remains unresolved. Since this purchase was made by mistake and I do not intend to use the service, I kindly request a full refund of the 11,816 yen I paid and the cancellation of any related subscription or access linked to my account and payment information.
