I want to file a formal complaint against Umobix for placing a hold on my bank account and attempting to withdraw ₺1,898 without my knowledge or consent. This all happened without any notification or approval from me. First, they took ₺38, and now they’ve locked down an additional ₺1,898 from my balance.
I never authorized these charges and never agreed to any subscription or purchase. It’s completely unacceptable for a company to access my account and restrict my funds without any warning. I am now unable to use my own money because of this unauthorized action.
I demand that the ₺1,898 block be removed immediately and that no further charges be made to my account. If any amount is withdrawn, I will pursue legal action and file formal complaints through all official consumer channels. This kind of behavior is unethical, harmful, and must be addressed urgently.
