Umobix Refund From 21/08/2025 Still Not Reflected in My Account
Dear Sir/Madam,
I was informed by Umobix that my payment refund had been processed on 21 August 2025, and that the refunded amount would be credited to my account within 5 business days. However, as of today, no refund has appeared in my bank account.
Because of this delay, I kindly request clarification on the following points:
Whether the refund transaction is visible in your banking system,
If visible, at what stage the process currently stands,
And, if available, the transaction reference number (ARN) so that I may follow up.
This situation has caused me unnecessary stress, as I was assured the funds would already be available by now. I respectfully request urgent confirmation and assistance in ensuring the refund is completed without further delay.
