Umoblix Charged My Bank Account Without My Permission or Any Subscription

I live in the UK, and today I noticed a charge of £47.99 taken from my bank account with the description referring to Umoblix. I have never created an account with Umoblix, never signed up for any service or free trial, and have not knowingly agreed to any subscription with this company, so this charge is completely unauthorized from my side. I immediately contacted my bank, but they informed me that they will not open a dispute while the transaction is still in pending status. At the same time, I have no idea how to contact Umoblix directly, which makes the situation even more worrying, as money has already been taken without my consent, and I have no access to any account to manage or cancel anything. I request that any account, subscription or service that may have been opened in my name or linked to my bank card be immediately cancelled, that a full refund of the £47.99 be issued to my bank account, and that I receive written confirmation that no further charges or debit attempts will be made in the future. I also ask for information on how my details were used to create this charge without my explicit permission.
