Umobix Withdrew 3,800₺ Without Any Transaction or Authorization
I recently discovered that Umobix withdrew approximately 3,800₺ from my account even though I never made any transaction or authorized any payment through their app. This charge happened completely without my knowledge or consent.
I find it unacceptable that money can be taken from my account in this way. I have no active subscription, no initiated payment, and no service usage that would justify such a withdrawal. If this issue is not resolved immediately, I am fully prepared to pursue legal action against the company.
I demand that my 3,800₺ be refunded as quickly as possible and that Umobix provide a clear explanation for this unauthorized charge. Customers must be protected from such fraudulent billing practices.
