I recently discovered that Umobix has been repeatedly charging my Apple Pay account even though I have never used Umobix in my life and do not have the Umobix app installed on my phone. The most recent pending charge is for $49.99 today, and I have traced these charges back to around 04/30/2025. I have contacted Apple multiple times and added notes requesting that whatever subscription is causing these charges be cancelled, but the problem has continued, and the payments are still being attempted from my Apple Pay. At no point did I knowingly subscribe to Umobix or authorize any recurring payments. I request the immediate cancellation of any subscription or payment agreement in my name or linked to my Apple Pay, and a full refund of the $49.99 pending charge today, as well as all previous Umobix charges taken from my account since 04/30/2025. I also request written confirmation that my details have been removed from your billing system so that no further unauthorized payments are attempted.
