Umobix Unauthorized Charges Totaling 10,159.41₺ Despite One-Time Payment
On 02/05/2025, I made a one-time payment of 40₺ on the Umobix website using my bank card. I never signed up for any subscription or recurring payment. However, starting the very next day, unauthorized withdrawals began from my account. On 03 May, 31 May, 28 June, 26 July, and 26 August, a total of 10,159.41₺ was taken without my consent.
I never received any invoice, receipt, or notification for these charges, which made me realize the problem far too late. My account on the Umobix site is under the email e****@hotmail.com**, and I confirm that I never initiated any subscription.
Today, I reported the issue to Umobix support and requested a full refund. I also canceled my card for security reasons. These unauthorized deductions are completely unacceptable. I demand that the matter be urgently investigated and that the entire 10,159.41₺ be refunded to me without delay. I also expect a clear explanation of how these charges were allowed to occur.
