Unauthorized Umobix Refund Request Complaint
On November 3, 2025, a withdrawal of 3,208.73 TL was taken from my Ziraat Bank debit card by a company named “umobix,” even though I never purchased any product or service from them — I didn’t even log in. On the same day, a second attempt was made, but it failed because my account didn’t have sufficient balance. The withdrawal was carried out online from Sinop, and I received no confirmation message, email or notification of any kind.
I contacted umobix customer service about this unauthorized withdrawal, but I have not received any response. I demand that the amount taken from my account without consent be refunded to me as soon as possible.
