Umobix Charged Me Without Subscription and Took ₺50—I Demand a Prompt Refund
Umobix withdrew ₺50 from my card without my permission or any active subscription. I never signed up for recurring payments, and I never agreed to be charged for anything beyond what I initially viewed. It’s completely unacceptable that this amount was taken from me without my consent.
Why is money being withdrawn from my account if I never subscribed to anything? This is misleading and feels like intentional deception. I want to know when I will receive my refund and expect a clear explanation for how this unauthorized transaction happened.
I demand that Umobix immediately return the ₺50 they took and ensure that no further charges are made to my account. This issue must be resolved without delay.
