Trendyol sent the wrong item and support ignores me, how can I fix it?

If Trendyol sent the wrong item and support is ignoring you, first make sure you’ve opened an official return or “wrong item received” request in your Trendyol account under Orders > Details > Return/Complaint with clear photos of what you received vs what you ordered — this creates a formal case in their system.

Then use every available support channel: the in-app Trendyol Asistan/Live Chat, the web Help > Contact Us page, and the customer service phone number to escalate the issue urgently.

If you still get no response or are rerouted without resolution, document everything and file a public complaint on Xolvie to seek a resolution.

My order number is #11263487704. Although I ordered a size 3XL, I received a size 2XL product instead. I have photos of the product as well as a package opening video as evidence. I previously submitted a request through Trendyol Assistant, but my request was closed without being properly reviewed. Since the wrong product was sent, I am requesting either an exchange or a full refund. I kindly ask for the matter to be reviewed again. Thank you.
