Trendyol Sent Wrong Product Instead of Baby Joy Diapers Order
I placed an order from Trendyol in Jeddah that included Baby Joy diapers and Bepanthen cream. However, I did not receive the Baby Joy diapers and instead of the diapers, I received Flamingo mousse, which I never ordered. This incorrect delivery occurred more than eight days ago. When I reported the issue, I was informed that the problem would be resolved within eight days, but no one has contacted me and nothing has been resolved so far. My order number is 4664577072. The payment was made through Tabby, and the amount will be deducted even though I did not receive the actual products I ordered. I kindly request that this issue be resolved urgently by either sending me the Baby Joy diapers that I originally ordered or refunding the amount related to this product, and arranging to take back the wrong item if necessary. I expect this to be handled before the Tabby payment is finally charged, as it is unfair to pay for an order I did not properly receive.
