Windows 11 Pro Key Invalid And Late Delivery Problem
On 4 December 2025 at around 13:00, I purchased a Windows 11 Pro digital key via Trendyol, paying approximately ₺150. I trusted the information stating that the product would be delivered within 1 hour, but the key was delivered to me almost 24 hours later. When I entered the digital key that was sent, I saw that it had either been used before or was completely invalid. When I tried to contact the seller named “ceptelisans,” I was directly blocked via WhatsApp and could not reach any responsible person. Following this, I contacted Trendyol and clearly stated that the seller’s attitude was fraudulent, that I had been blocked, and that an invalid key had been provided. However, during the support process, I was only told that a support request was opened, I could not speak to anyone by phone, and no concrete solution was offered, so I felt that my issue was simply brushed aside. The store is shown as Trendyol on the invoice, and the invoice was issued as a corporate invoice. For a digital product that was delivered late and could not be used at all, I request a refund of the fee I paid under order number 10757380498, the cancellation of the corporate invoice issued for this transaction, and a thorough investigation into this seller to ensure that similar grievances are prevented by putting in place a permanent solution.
