Trendyol Refunded Buyer for My Forstline Couple Jackets Missing One

On October 2, 2025, I sold a Forstline Couple jacket set on Trendyol. The package number is 3249128139, and the order code is 10561594637. The buyer initiated a return process, but only one jacket was included in the return package instead of two. Despite this, Trendyol refunded the full amount of ₺3,190 to the customer without any conditions, leaving one jacket with the buyer and offering me no support. Although I sent photos and videos showing the package’s opening to Trendyol, the review result was “not approved,” and my issue remains unresolved. This is the first time I’ve faced such a situation, and as a seller, I’ve suffered a serious loss. My invoice number is BIE2025000001364. It’s really difficult to be a seller on this platform — we are victimized by both high commission rates and their unconditional bias toward customers. I will report this company everywhere regarding this issue. If I were a larger seller, they probably wouldn’t treat me this way. I request that this matter be re-examined and that my loss due to the incomplete return be compensated.
