Trendyol Quatex Baseball Hats Order Missing 4 Sets Issue

I ordered 5 sets of Quatex baseball hats (each set containing one beige and one black hat) on 19.03 through Trendyol under order number 10336195934, but I only received 1 set instead of the 5 sets I paid for. There were no problems with the delivery itself, but the order arrived incomplete. I contacted the seller/Trendyol regarding the missing 4 sets, but so far I have not received any response or solution. This situation is both disappointing and inconvenient, as I specifically needed the full quantity I ordered. I kindly request that the remaining 4 sets of Quatex baseball hats be sent to me as soon as possible, or that an appropriate solution be provided so that I receive the full product quantity I paid for.
