I Received an Opened Bioderma Face Wash From Trendyol

I ordered Bioderma face wash from Trendyol, and what I got made me really doubt the platform's quality control. The package arrived with the product clearly opened during transit, and to my surprise, there was no protective seal on the bottle itself. It was clear from the outset that this was not an authentic product—it didn’t have the usual branding and just felt wrong. When I attempted to contact the seller, Zab Kozmetik, I found that their page had already been removed, which only heightened my worries. I’ve asked for a return code and will be sending it back, but after waiting several days for this order, getting something like this was really disappointing. I’m still waiting for a satisfactory response and some responsibility to be taken.
