Complaint Regarding Missing Items and Misleading Delivery
Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to file a complaint regarding my recent purchase from Trendyol. I ordered two iPad cases and one Realme 12+ 5G phone case. However, only the Realme phone case was delivered. The two iPad cases were never included in the package. Additionally, one day after my purchase, I noticed that the price of the iPad cases had drastically changed from ₺149 to ₺1999. It seems that the seller had mistakenly listed the price incorrectly when I made my order. Instead of apologizing and refunding me, they acted as if the items were shipped, which is misleading and unacceptable. I never expected to face such an issue through Trendyol, which I trusted as a reliable platform. I kindly request your urgent assistance in investigating this matter, ensuring I receive either the missing products or a full refund. Thank you for your attention.
