On July 16, 2025, I placed an order on Trendyol from the store named Harput Concept for 250 ml of Zamzam water (48 pieces, one size) and paid a total of ₺794. However, the wrong product was sent to me twice. For the second incorrect delivery, I refused the package at the door, and it was returned. My cargo tracking number is 5654472109536, and my order number is 10358322287. Since that date, I have contacted Trendyol customer service at least 10 times. Each time, I receive copy-paste template responses, stating that my issue will be resolved within a few days. However, every time, a new support request is opened, I am told it will be resolved within 5 days, yet no resolution is ever provided. I am constantly being stalled and can get no real support from customer service. Trendyol is unlawfully holding the payment I made for weeks without issuing a refund. I am being delayed repeatedly. My expectation is that the ₺794 I paid will be refunded to me as soon as possible. I demand that this grievance be resolved urgently.
