Trendyol Sent Me Citiüx Premix Combi Boiler With Missing Flue Elbow

I purchased a Citiüx Premix brand combi boiler through Trendyol, but the flue elbow that should have been included in the package was missing. I contacted Trendyol customer service regarding the missing part, and they told me I would receive a response within 3 days, but it has been about a week and I still have not heard back. During my call, customer service only said, “Please wait, our solution team is handling it.” In the meantime, we cannot use the boiler, which means we are unable to take showers or meet basic needs like cooking. My order number is 9370258546, and the product was delivered to an address in Bursa. I urgently request that the missing flue elbow be sent to me as soon as possible.
