Although the product images clearly showed full-size items, the product delivered to me turned out to be mini size. There was no information whatsoever in the product description indicating that the items were mini. According to consumer protection regulations, this situation qualifies as misleading advertising, as the product description and images were inconsistent. I contacted customer support and explained the issue in detail. However, no solution was provided, and my concern was not addressed properly. Additionally, after my conversation with customer support, I noticed that the seller quietly changed the product images on the listing. This clearly confirms that the original images were misleading and that my complaint was justified. Due to the discrepancy between the advertised product and the one delivered, I have experienced a clear case of misinformation and financial loss. Therefore, I request a full refund and an appropriate resolution of my grievance. If necessary, I will proceed with an official complaint, submitting all screenshots and supporting documents to the relevant consumer authorities.
