Trendyol Sent Fake Product Instead of Original Gift Order

I ordered what was shown as an original item on the Trendyol app, but what I received was clearly a duplicate. I had bought it as a gift, and opening it in front of my wife was embarrassing. I felt misled and disrespected by receiving a fake product instead of what was advertised. This experience made me question the reliability of the platform and how such listings are allowed.
