Wrong Item Delivered By Trendyol

On April 14, I placed an order on Trendyol for three bottles of Armaf Club De Nuit Precieux. The seller name appears inconsistently as Eye Magic on the invoice section of the Trendyol app, while the email and WhatsApp confirmation messages show the seller as Ta3ter Store. On April 16 at around 10 p.m., I received the delivery and discovered that instead of the Armaf perfumes I ordered, I was sent a Lattafa Najd perfume, which is a completely different and cheaper product, and I received only one bottle instead of the three I paid for. Since customer service was only available between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m., I could not reach anyone at the time of delivery to report the problem immediately. When I checked my account, I also saw that the invoice for this order has not yet been generated, so I currently do not have an invoice number to refer to, even though the order has been delivered. I request that this situation be resolved urgently by either issuing a full refund for the entire order or sending the correct product, Armaf Club De Nuit Precieux, for all three items I ordered. I also ask that the seller information discrepancy (Eye Magic vs. Ta3ter Store) and the missing invoice issue be clarified and corrected, as these make it difficult for me to track and resolve the problem properly.
