I Received Empty Boxes but Trendyol Ignored It



I ordered a product called “Ashwagandha Capsules” from Trendyol, but the seller sent me only two empty boxes. When I checked the seller’s profile, I saw that at least two other people had experienced the same issue. Although I didn’t check the product immediately, I later reported the situation to Trendyol. They first asked how I wanted to proceed, and I requested a refund. Still, the seller immediately initiated a “compensation process,” which likely means they plan to send yet another empty box. I tried contacting Trendyol’s live support multiple times—spoke with five or six different agents—but most of them kept me waiting or didn’t give clear answers. Why am I expected to wait for these people to possibly send me another empty box? Even if they send a full one, how can I trust what’s inside? Trendyol refuses to cancel my order. The seller will probably ask for a return and then falsely claim I sent them an empty box, using it to complain to Trendyol and ensure I lose my money. I’ve already filed a transaction dispute with my bank. Maybe if I get a refund that way, Trendyol will finally take the matter seriously. I’ve also attached clear images as evidence.
