Trendyol Sent Me the Wrong Size and Then Refused My Return Over "Hygiene"

On 10 June 2026, I purchased a pair of Medi Mediven Cotton 100% Organic Cotton medical compression stockings, thigh-high, Size 4 (IV) via Trendyol. However, when my order arrived, I immediately noticed that the size on the product box was incorrect. Although I had ordered Size 4 (IV), the box I received was clearly marked as Size 5 (V). Because the mistake was obvious from the packaging, I did not open, inspect, or try on the stockings at all and initiated the return process right away. I made full payment for this product. I returned the product twice with a clear explanation that the reason was the wrong size sent by the seller, not a change of mind. I also contacted Trendyol chat support twice. I was informed that the seller refused the return on the basis of “hygiene”. This justification is, in my view, unreasonable and unfair, because the product was never opened or used and there is therefore no possible hygiene issue. The only problem is that the seller sent a different size than the one I ordered. I kindly request that my situation be reviewed again, that this incorrect “hygiene” justification be set aside, and that I receive the correct Size 4 (IV) Medi Mediven Cotton 100% Organic Cotton thigh-high stockings as ordered. If the product with these exact specifications and size is not available, then I request a full refund of the amount I paid. My Trendyol return reference number is 10576351109.
