Trendyol Sent My Sweatpants Wrong and Delivered My Raincoat to Someone Else

I purchased two clothing items—a pair of sweatpants and a motorcycle raincoat—through Trendyol under order numbers 10612006623 and 10573933321. However, I encountered several issues: one product was sent incorrectly, and the other was delivered to the wrong address and received by a different person. I’ve faced similar problems in 4 out of my last 5 purchases. Don’t you have any sellers who do their job properly, or do you not warn them at all? I’m the only one not at fault here, yet I’m the only one suffering the consequences. The Trendyol Assistant simply says to “wait for the process.” I can’t even file a complaint. The only responses I get are to return the item or wait for the exchange process, and there are no penalties or warnings for the sellers. I’ve been dealing with this issue for about a week, and despite contacting Trendyol customer service, I’ve only been told to wait as the process continues. I paid approximately ₺2300 via credit card, and before escalating the issue to the Consumer Arbitration Board, I’m requesting that my grievance be resolved as soon as possible with a quick and effective solution.
