Trendyol Delivered My Burger King Order Wrong and Refused Full Refund
On 08.08.2025, I placed an order from Burger King via Trendyol GO (Order No: 1041410705). My order arrived incorrectly, no replacement was made, and I still have not received a refund. Moreover, I was told that only half of the amount I paid would be refunded. I paid ₺710, but was informed that only ₺386 would be refunded. I reported the issue to Trendyol customer service. At first, they told me the money had been refunded, but when I checked with my bank, it turned out no refund had been made. When I called Trendyol again, they asked me to wait for the end-of-day report. During this process, they neither replaced the item nor provided accurate information. I had spent my last money on this order, and since I could not eat the meal, I had to throw it away. Refunding only half the amount is unacceptable.
