Trendyol Sent Counterfeit Ibraq Perfumes and No Return Option

I placed an order on Trendyol from a seller named “Bayan” (Order Number: 10419430598) on April 17 for three Ibraq perfumes: Black Diamond, Sapphire Leather, and Balas Rose. The original versions of these perfumes are sold as 150 ml, but the products I received today are labeled as 200 ml and are clearly not original. Based on this, I consider them counterfeit and completely unusable for me.

There is no option available to contact the seller, and there is no clear return policy shown on the product listing, which prevents me from resolving this issue directly. I am very disappointed that counterfeit products are being sold on the Trendyol platform in this manner.

I request that Trendyol accept the return of these fake perfumes and provide a full refund of the amount I paid. Additionally, I expect appropriate action to be taken against this seller to prevent other customers from experiencing similar issues.
